TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Orders MUST be paid for within 24hrs of ordering. All terms and conditions are within the rules of the Distance Selling Regulations, by purchasing with Hunnybuns handmade Bracelets you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

 

If your item has been damaged in transit and you require a refund, I will request that the bracelet be returned to me at your cost and a refund will be processed once a claim has been fulfilled by Royal Mail.

 

Please note, this can take up to 90 days (Royal Mail info, which is available on their website) All Bracelets are sold as seen when ordering.

 

Please allow up to 7 days for your item to arrive with you from the time of ordering. My bracelets are for personal use and not for resale.

 

PAYMENT

I accept payment via paypal only, you do not need to have an account with paypal in order to make a payment, just a credit or debit card is needed.

 

Orders will only be sent out once your payment has cleared.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are very welcome but do take a little longer to arrive please use our contact section to get in touch to discuss a unique creation.

 

The length of time to complete will be discussed upon placing orders so please keep this in mind if it is a gift.

 

Payment will need to be made within 24hrs of placing your order.

 

REFUNDS

I do not except refunds unless as previously stated the item has arrived damaged.

All refunds must be agreed upon before returning any items please do get in touch via email.
